At Bridess Daily, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love every item you receive — but if something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right. Please review our return, refund, and cancellation policies below.


🛑 Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours after purchase by contacting our customer service team.

  • You’ll receive a full refund if the order is canceled before it ships.

  • Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled — but you can contact us after delivery to discuss available solutions.

🧵 Custom Orders

Please note that custom-made orders cannot be canceled once production has started, as they are made specifically for you.
If there’s an issue with your custom item, our team will gladly work with you to find a fair resolution.


📦 Return & Exchange Period

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your package.
To start a return, please contact our customer service team first to receive the correct return address and instructions.

⚠️ Please do not return packages directly to the shipping address on your label — unauthorized returns may result in lost packages or delays.


🔁 Return Policy

  1. Contact our support team to obtain the return warehouse address.

  2. Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.

  3. Refund processing may take 5–7 business days after the returned item is received.

Items must be:

  • In original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached).

  • Free from damage or signs of wear.


🔄 Exchange Policy

If you need a different size or color, please reach out to our support team first to confirm the reason and availability.
Once approved, please return your item in original condition.
After our warehouse confirms receipt, we’ll promptly send out the replacement package.


💰 Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return or exchange is due to a product defect or our mistake, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., “I don’t like it” or “I don’t need it anymore”), the customer is responsible for return shipping, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Refund Timeline

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after your return is received and inspected.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund is completed.
